How do I book and when do I pay?
Send a request from this page and we review it personally. If approved, 20% of the total is charged to your card (via Stripe) and the remaining 80% no later than 7 days before arrival. Nothing is charged until the request is approved.
Is there a security deposit?
No. There is no security deposit. The only extra is a fixed final cleaning fee of €50 per stay.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund; between 15 and 30 days: 50%; less than 14 days: no refund.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes, on the accommodation price: 10% from 15 nights and 20% from 30 nights (25% in low season: April, May, June and September).
Is it a licensed, registered holiday rental?
Yes. It is listed in the Canary Islands General Tourism Register under number VV-38-6-0001284.
