The approach
Locations we know one by one
The same homes we manage all year round open up to productions. We know them inside out: what time the sun enters each room, how the spaces behave through the day and how you get to them.
We work through a single point of contact and set the terms in writing, so the production knows from day one what space it has, on what dates and on what conditions.
And when the crew needs to stay nearby, we have further homes on the same island to accommodate them.

Tell us what you need
We reply within 24 working hours with the homes that fit and an idea of cost.
If you already have a moodboard or shooting script, send it by email: it sharpens the proposal considerably.
If you need more photos or a video of the house, we'll send them after first contact.
